The freshness and enjoyability and safety of the product is essential for every food processor. Therefore, thorough and effective cleaning of all processing equipment is required. It is an ongoing challenge to comply with the hygiene regulations prescribed in the sector and the expectations of global retail chains. Dirt accumulated on the surface of the conveyor belt and -equipment is currently mainly removed by hand washing. Our design and development has resulted in offering a complete family (different sizes) of conveying equipment consisting of modular elements including a cleaning device. During theconstruction phase the cleaning-disinfection method can be easily assembled. OUR SOLUTION ENABLES COMPLEX CLEANING WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF CLEANING THE CONVEYING SURFACE BETWEEN PRODUCTION SHIFTS AND DURING DOWNTIME. During the development and planning we received recommendations from the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group), which resulted in conveyor equipment that is very easy to clean economically. |
